Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility.
  • Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed.
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support.
  • Report client concerns to the supervising nurse.

Qualifications

  • HHA or PCA certification (where required).
  • Experience in home care or caregiving preferred.
  • Compassion for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
  • Dependable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Full-Time / Part-Time | Remote / On-site

Role Summary: Assess, plan, coordinate, and oversee skilled nursing services while ensuring compliance with physician orders and agency standards.

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments.
  • Develop and update individualized care plans.
  • Supervise CNAs, HHAs, and LPNs.
  • Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Educate clients and families.
  • Complete required clinical documentation.

Qualifications

  • Current RN license.
  • Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred.
  • Home health experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Role Summary: Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse while ensuring clients receive safe, high-quality care in their homes.

Qualifications:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications

  • Current LPN license in the applicable state.
